Subtub Hostel Makarska is a hidden gem in the heart of Makarska. The spacious rooms are modern and clean, offering a comfortable stay for travelers like me, who appreciate both design and cleanliness. The well-equipped kitchen and outdoor seating area were a pleasant surprise, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Dalmatian coast. They provided us with everything we needed, including parking for our car, which can be quite a challenge in this bustling coastal town. The small private balcony in our triple room offered a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, adding a touch of charm to our stay.As an architect with a deep appreciation for historical architecture, I was pleased to see the blend of modern amenities and traditional design elements throughout the hostel. The furnished terrace with a barbecue and the cozy shared kitchen were perfect for socializing with other guests, who, I must say, were just as interesting and cool as the reviews suggested. The opportunity to experience the area's natural beauty, such as Tucepi Beach, was a highlight of our trip, and the hostel's convenient shuttle service to national parks made it even easier to immerse ourselves in the stunning landscapes of Croatia. I highly recommend this hostel to fellow travelers seeking a unique and welcoming accommodation in the picturesque town of Makarska.
